Hive 50 Honors

For fast-tracking development and building permits and approvals by creating a human-centric, end-to-end web-based template, loaded with local regulations and codes, for applications.

What You Need To Know

Symbium’s web services mechanize legal analysis and bring it directly to the human experience, facilitating efficient exchange of data and reducing processing times from multiple months or weeks to few days or clicks. Its inaugural launch was with San Francisco's Planning Department in May 2018. With feedback from the Planning Department, Symbium developed a constituent-facing Zoning Check Service that streamlines the path that business owners must take to open their businesses--from figuring out where in the City it is permitted to open their business to navigating the application process.
