Developers at Light Farms, the 1,070-acre community located along the Prosper and Celina border in North Texas, late last week unveiled expansion plans with a new neighborhood named Brenham. Located on the East side of the community near Light Farms Elementary School, Brenham will feature local builder, Shaddock Homes, and national builder, M/I Homes.

The neighborhood curates a familial and friendly lifestyle for residents with more than 200 community events each year. M/I Homes joins Light Farms’ extensive list of home builders already including Shaddock Homes as well as American Legend Homes, Britton Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes, Huntington Homes, K. The community’s Constellation Park is complete with camping grounds, a dog park, and a sand beach surrounding the 11-acre community lake, as well as five community pools, 240+ acres of parks and green space, and miles of hiking and walking trails.
