Avid Ratings, a leading customer experience platform for the home building industry, has acquired the H2insight home builder operations to expand its offerings throughout the U.S. and Canada.

H2insight provides customer experience management solutions and benchmarking to the home building industry through a suite of online survey and reporting tools, outbound calling capabilities, and robust response rates. The combination of Avid Ratings and H2insight will create a comprehensive benchmarking data set to further enable in-depth analysis of customer sentiment and market trends for the industry, according to the companies.
