The 900-acre project's amenities include a competition-size swimming pool, tennis courts, a fitness center and recreation facility, and a 12,000-square-foot club house overlooking the golf course, which was named one of the top 40 real estate golf courses in the nation by Golf and Travel magazine.

"The community isn't age restricted, however, the average age of our buyers is 55," says Marion Kiesling, Castle & Cook's director of sales and marketing for Saddle Creek. The most popular plan is the Stanislaus with its split floor plan--the second bedroom and bath and the master bedroom suite and bath are on opposite sides of the house. The den can be used as an additional bedroom or a home office.
