According to Specialty Consultants, a construction and real estate recruiting firm in Pittsburgh, salaries and bonuses for division presidents are rising as private builders up the cash ante to compete with public companies’ stock packages. Last year, division presidents in the top 25th percentile of those surveyed made $240,000 in salary and $210,000 in incentives.
