Ranked No. 75 on the 2026 Builder 100 list, First America Homes has launched operations in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. As the home building division of The Signorelli Company, the expansion is a new milestone in the company’s statewide growth strategy, adding to its Houston and San Antonio community portfolio.

“Current market conditions in Dallas-Fort Worth present a compelling opportunity for well-capitalized companies like ours,” says Danny Signorelli, founder and CEO of The Signorelli Company. “After evaluating Dallas-Fort Worth for several years, we believe the timing is right to expand. Our financial strength and long-term perspective allow us to capitalize on strategic opportunities while helping industry partners right-size their positions. We look forward to replicating the success we’ve achieved in Houston as we grow our presence in Dallas-Fort Worth.”

The expansion also establishes a new First America Homes divisional office to oversee construction and sales operations for the market including already secured homesites in the Leonard Trails community in Anna, Texas.

“Our expansion into Dallas-Fort Worth represents more than geographic growth—it’s the next chapter in our mission to create opportunities for families across Texas,” adds John Winniford, president of First America Homes. “Backed by The Signorelli Company’s expertise in land development and community creation, we’re bringing our proven approach to home building to one of the nation’s top housing markets while laying the foundation for long-term growth throughout North Texas.”

First America Homes’ builds are backed by the company’s industry-leading, two-year home warranty, reflecting its commitment to homeowner satisfaction. At Leonard Trails, the home builder will deliver 81 single-family homes ranging from 1,700 to 3,200 square feet. Construction is slated to begin in July 2026.

The homes will offer single- and two-story floor plans with open-concept layouts and flexible living spaces. Available features include chef-inspired kitchens, private bedroom suites, spa-style baths, covered patios, game rooms, studies, mudrooms, and home offices. Community amenities include a swimming pool, playground, sports field, and dog park, along with convenient access to retail, dining, and entertainment.
