New-home builder and land developer, Summit Homes, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate, has named Kristi Pinnick vice president of sales and marketing.
In her role, Pinnick is responsible for the leadership of the sales team, including on-site agents, a sales director, and various administrative staff together with the marketing team. She is directed with defining sales goals, negotiations and setting the strategic direction for both departments.

Pinnick has spent eight years in the real estate industry. Her career started as a buyer for a local lighting company, and in 2011 she made the jump into real estate. In 2015 she was recruited for the director of sales position at Summit. She has spent the last four years building a team of community agents, providing training and actively leading her department.

Pinnick lives in Olathe with her husband and daughter. She enjoys traveling and quality time with her family.
