Avid Ratings, Madison, Wisconsin, has named Shary Dye vice president of sales and Zach Buehl vice president of customer success.
Dye will lead and grow the Avid sales team while exploring new market opportunities, and Buehl will drive the strategy of how customers use Avid to improve their own customer experience.

Dye brings to Avid more than 20 years of experience in the financial, operational, estimating and sales areas of residential, commercial, industrial and heavy civil construction companies. She most recently served as sales director, enterprise accounts, for Viewpoint Construction Software, where she led a sales team that covered half of North America. She was regional sales manager and migration sales consultant for enterprise solutions during her first 10 years at Viewpoint. Active with Associated Builders and Contractors and the Madison-area Builders Association and Women in Construction Group, the Wisconsin native was named 2017 Top-Performing Sales Leader and has achieved Circle of Excellence honors multiple times.
Buehl, the company’s new vice president of customer success, has more than 10 years of software development and support experience with a keen understanding of how to ensure that customers properly leverage the data Avid provides as well as how to create the processes around success and support for sales teams. Prior to joining Avid Ratings, Buehl was principal sales engineer at Spredfast, and before that, director of implementation and integrations at Shoutlet, where he created the implementation process and team that was top-rated in the SMMS space by the Forrester Wave Report. He has also served on the Globe University Information Technology Steering and University of Wisconsin-Madison IT Policy Advisory committees.
“We are excited to welcome Shary and Zach, two highly-skilled leaders possessing great experience with both processes and people,” said Avid Ratings President Aaron Everson. “Their strategic and multi-faceted business background, including sales and software, will help push Avid Ratings to new performance heights.”
Paul Cardis, founder and CEO at Avid Ratings, added, “This is a very exciting growth period for Avid. The new funding and talent we’ve recently acquired will help the company expand its workforce to bolster capabilities that will support builders nationwide with customer experience tools and technology. Shary and Zach will be critical members in the expansion of not only our suite of customer experience tools, but also our roster of over 1,000 builder divisions’ clients across North America.”
