Four new home communities developed and built by Coastal Community Builders with Presidio Residential Capital have been fully sold as of June 16th. Taken together, the Village at Pacific West, SLO Terrace, Monte Sereno and Seaside Villas i add 111 new homes and home sites across California’s Central Coast.

“We saw a need for quality housing stock on the Central Coast and provided a range of options to meet all families’ needs,” said Gary Grossman, president of Coastal Community Builders, in a release. “Home buyers in San Luis Obispo County recognized that quality and snapped up our homes.”

Two of the four communities are located near Coastal Community Builders’ home base in Pismo Beach. The Village at Pacific West is the largest of the builder’s four recent neighborhoods, with 37 single-family homes and 36 condominiums. The Spanish Colonial single-family homes range in size from 1,520 to 1,850 square feet, while the condo complex features 814-square-foot homes.

San Luis Obispo’s SLO Terrace contains 17 two- and three-bedroom homes, ranging in size from 1,219 to 1,793 square feet. The property offers a spectacular view of nearby San Luis Mountain and the surrounding foothills. The Monte Sereno gated community in Arroyo Grande contains three custom homes and 10 custom home sites, which will contain single-story homes approximately 3,100 square feet in size.
