Stanley Martin Homes is expanding its footprint in South Carolina’s Upstate area with six new communities. Stretching across Greenville, Fountain Inn, Anderson, Simpsonville, and Easley, the six communities will bring more than 800 homes to the area.
This growth is strengthened by the recent acquisition of United Homes Group, which broadens Stanley Martin’s presence in the region and creates new opportunities to serve even more home buyers across the Greenville area.
“As Greenville and the surrounding Upstate continue to experience strong growth, we’re excited to introduce a diverse mix of communities designed to meet a wide range of lifestyles,” says Andrew Nelson, division president at Stanley Martin Homes. “From walkable, low-maintenance townhomes to spacious single-family homes with modern conveniences, these new neighborhoods offer home buyers more opportunities to put down roots in one of the Southeast’s most dynamic regions.”
The communities include:
- Bridgeport Townhomes in Greenville
- 122 three-story townhomes
- West Stone Village in Greenville
- 62 four-story townhomes near downtown Greenville
- Hamptons in Fountain Inn
- 339 single-family homes
- Fairview Terrace in Simpsonville
- 119 townhomes
- The Bluffs at Kay in Easley
- 125 single-family homes across four floor plans

The six communities underscore Stanley Martin’s continued investment in Greenville and surrounding areas, expanding attainable price points and thoughtful design in dynamic market.
