For the most recent episode of Inspirational Leadership with the Best in Home Building, Zonda principal Mollie Carmichael interviews Tommy Beadel, founder and CEO of Thomas James Homes, a luxury custom home builder.

Beadel has always been business-minded. At the age of 4, he started his own home bakery, baking and selling fresh bread to his neighbors. At 21, he got his real estate license and went into the mortgage industry. Today, at Thomas James Homes, Beadel is motivated by his desire to impact others and make a difference in their lives.

"What makes me tick is the people,” says Beadel. “The bigger business I can grow, the more people I can impact. The more Realtors, the more contractors, the more employees—that's what I'm about.”
