In her most recent episode of Inspirational Leadership with the Best in Home Building podcast, Zonda principal Mollie Carmichael interviews Howard Englander, owner and principal of The Englander Co.
Englander started out as a teacher, and, after relocating, he fell into real estate consulting. He later formed his own research company, with an emphasis on product research, product development, and marketing/merchandising concepts. Today, Englander works exclusively with Shea Homes, leading their product.
“He’s without a doubt the very definition of what I believe is a great inspirational leader,” says Carmichael during the episode. “When I think about Howard’s leadership, there’s so many qualities to talk about that I really admire, but what I admire most about Howard is not only his talent and his brilliance, but he’s almost graceful in his approach in how he works with people.”
