Zonda has announced the launch of a new podcast series called The Industry's Best Inspirational Leadership with principal Mollie Carmichael. In each episode, Carmichael will interview a key thought leader in the housing industry on what inspires them, what drives them, and how they build communities.
Foley grew up in London, where his father was a professional soccer player. Influenced by his father’s career, he played semi-professional soccer until the dream became just that.
“It was probably the worst day and the best day of my life,” states Foley in the podcast. “I didn’t know it then, but I needed the kick in the backside to go do something else, and something else was getting into the real estate business.”
With over 26 years in the industry behind him now, Foley oversees 23 markets with 1,500 employees for Brookfield today. He is responsible for stewarding operational objectives and implementing strategic initiatives and is known as a people-centric leader who is driven by building community and putting others first.
