While data for new home sales in Lebanon, PA may be incomplete or still in the process of being collected, a snapshot of overall sales in the market can provide a clean picture of the marketplace. Sales of new and existing homes in the Lebanon, PA market sank in January, a downhill move after a gain in January 2010. New and existing home sales saw a drop of 48.8% from the year earlier to 83. This came on the heels of a 40.9% hike in the same month last year.

In January, the average sale price of new and existing homes declined 2.5% to $149,897 per unit. This decline is an improvement over the 5.9% decline the year earlier.
