Smart Thermostat Learns From Human Behavior, Seasonal Conditions

1 MIN READ

In-floor electric radiant heat manufacturer Warmup is set to release a new smart, programmable thermostat that will not only control a home’s system but will also learn from the conditions in the home.

Specifically designed for radiant-heated floors, the 3iE thermostat features a sleek touchscreen and is the only thermostat with Active Energy Management, the company says. This feature automatically adjusts to changing conditions in the room, the home, and the seasons to give optimal start-up times with no wasted energy.

Watch Regis Verliefde, CEO of the company’s U.S. division, explain how the system works.
