Walker Zanger is now offering its popular Duquesa tile collection in cement tile, allowing for a wider range of applications for the collection’s Alba, Fatima, Fez and Jasmine patterns. Owing to cement’s durable nature, these tiles will stand up to use as flooring or in outdoor applications, according to the manufacturer.

“Duquesa stands as one of our most popular tile collections, and designers and homeowners have been asking us for more versatile options so they can use these unique patterns as flooring,” said Jared Becker, Walker Zanger Vice President of Design and Marketing. “That’s exactly what the Duquesa Cement collection offers—the ability to feature these rich, vintage designs as high-traffic flooring or even outdoors.”

All Duquesa Cement tile patterns are rendered in Walker Zanger’s Mezzanotte, a dusty blue color on a light gray and off-white background. Each tile is eight inches square. According to the manufacturer, Fatima design shown here draws inspiration from 16th century Italian textiles, Portuguese tile, and Moorish mosaics. Fez is inspired by Spanish and Egyptian wood inlays and Chinese decorative screens. Alba takes after Moorish geometric designs, while Jasmine is patterned after Moroccan carvings. walkerzanger.com
