CertainTeed has unveiled its newest insulation product, InsulPure, which incorporates a new and improved fiberglass formula designed to provide better performance, higher efficiency, and increased quality, according to the manufacturer.
The InsulPure insulation is lightweight and easy to cut, handle, and place. It recovers to its full shape quickly after shipment and creates less dust during the installation process. “We are focused on creating products that deliver a better overall experience for contractors,” says Bryon Magill, vice president of product management at CertainTeed. “InsulPure is an evolution of our commercial insulation portfolio and is specifically engineered to exceed our customers’ expectations for performance and ease of installation.”
The bright-white insulation is made of recycled content, free of synthetics, additives, or coloring. It is GREENGUARD Gold Certified, NGBS Green Certified, formaldehyde-free, and third-party validated by UL. A complementary InsulPure Duct Wrap product is also available to reduce heat loss or gain from HVAC equipment or ductwork.
