The 2024 Virtual Concept Home by Livabl is the latest project from Zonda, ARCHITECT’s parent company. Designed to be flexible and attainable, the virtual house, which was previewed at the Builder 100 conference in May, is roughly 2,300 square feet and can get smaller or bigger depending on the buyer—whether an empty nester or a multigenerational family. Designed by Bassenian Lagoni in collaboration with CDC Designs and SMP Environmental Design, the project also partners with some of the biggest brands in architecture and design—Jeld-Wen, Kohler, Propane Education & Research Council, Schneider Electric, Trex, and James Hardie—to showcase their latest innovations in sustainability and energy efficiency. Here, we preview some of the products that will be featured in the concept home.
