Mattamy Homes has closed on 59 acres in Marana, Arizona. As the newest neighborhood within the Dove Mountain master plan, the property coined Saguaro Reserve will feature 242 homesites next to Dove Mountain’s new community park. Development has begun, and Mattamy expects sales to open early 2024.

The acquisition allows Mattamy to offer 12 floor plans from three different series, and all will be single-story, single-family designs with a mixture of exterior style options. All floor plans offer a variation of a central open concept living space with the kitchen, dining area, and great room combined.
In addition to Dove Mountain’s existing trails, playgrounds, and golf opportunities, the newest adjacent community park includes basketball and pickleball courts; a three-story play structure for kids; a dog park; and a sports field. Nearby, Saguaro Reserve residents will also enjoy shopping, dining, events, and culture. Saguaro Reserve will be served by the Marana Unified School District, including a new, STEM-oriented school.
