Trendmaker Homes, a member of the TRI Pointe Group (NYSE:TPH), on Friday announced the grand opening of its newest homes at Rancho Sienna, a 500-acre master-planned community located in the North Austin metro city of Georgetown.

Trendmaker’s third residential phase at Rancho Sienna feature its first 50’ lot offerings, totaling 30 single-family homes. Located at 305 Rancho Sienna Loop in Georgetown, a brand new 1.5-story fully decorated 50’ lot model home residence with popular “pop-top” type plan is available for touring daily. The builder is also currently selling homes on 60’ lots.

Anticipated to appeal to families and empty nester/retiree home buyers, the newest Trendmaker homes at Rancho Sienna will offer eight open floor plans to choose from, with three to five bedrooms and two to 3.5 baths. Ranging in size from 1,538 square feet to over 2,800 square feet, the 50’ lot residences will start from the high $290,000s. An expansive options package includes a study, flex room, and game room as well as covered or extended covered patios with outdoor kitchens.

As part of Trendmaker’s HomeSmart® program, each home will deliver the comfort, security and Wi-Fi connectivity residents need to control many of their home features. Activated with just the swipe of a smartphone or a spoken command and supported by Amazon, the HomeSmart package includes Echo devices and HomeSmart products that work with Alexa to create seamless living.

Situated on the eastern edge of the Texas Hill Country, Rancho Sienna is located within a 10-mile radius of Georgetown, Cedar Park, Leander and Liberty Hill, and less than 30 minutes from downtown Austin. Interstate 35, Ronald Reagan Blvd. and Hwy. 183 all offer easy access to the major employment, shopping and cultural hotspots of the north metro area.

When completed, Rancho Sienna, which is a master-planned community by Newland Communities, will feature more than 1,400 homes by seven builders, including 130 single family homes on 50’ and 60’ lots by Trendmaker over four phases. The highly amenitized development features the Sienna House community center with gathering spots, a gym, and a swimming pool with splash pads, and includes parks, trails and open space. In addition, a state-of-the-art on-site elementary school, part of the Liberty Hill ISD, opened in the community in August 2017. Move-ins to Trendmaker’s third residential phase at Rancho Sienna started in June 2019.
