Trendmaker Homes, a member of the TRI Pointe Group (NYSE:TPH), on Thursday announced the grand opening of a new community at 6 Creeks, a new 858-acre master-planned community located in the South Austin metro city of Kyle, Texas.
In the first phases, Trendmaker will build a total of 110 single-family homes on 50’ and 60’ lots in The Grove and The Summit neighborhoods, respectively, in the fastest growing county in Texas.
Sales and daily model home touring — one single-story residence and one two-story — will kick off on Saturday, August 17 at 404 Coyote Creek Way in Kyle. To mark the occasion, a public grand opening celebration will be held from noon to 3 p.m. with live country music, SLAB barbeque, Texas Pie Co. treats, a balloon artist, a drawing for a Yeti Cooler and other free giveaways.
Both collections of Trendmaker homes at 6 Creeks will offer six bright, open floor plans to choose from, including downstairs master suites and flex and bonus rooms. Ranging in size from 1,579 square feet to 2,667 square feet, the homes in The Grove will start from the mid-$200,000s, and The Summit residences will range from 2,167 to 3,121 square feet and start from the low $300,000s.

As part of Trendmaker’s HomeSmart® program, each home will provide the comfort, security and Wi-Fi connectivity residents need to control many of their home features. Activated with just the swipe of a smartphone or a spoken command and supported by Amazon, the HomeSmart package includes Echo devices and HomeSmart products that work with Alexa to create seamless living.
Located close to Interstate 35, 6 Creeks offers easy access to Hayes CISD schools, Kyle’s historic downtown, and South Austin. San Antonio is only one hour away. Residents will enjoy a variety of local shopping, dining, and entertainment amenities as well as recreational and healthcare options.
When completed, 6 Creeks, which is a master-planned community by The Blake Magee Company, will feature approximately 2,100 homes by four builders, and community amenities will include a $3 million clubhouse and pool, parks and sports fields, winding trails and an extensive greenbelt area, a fishing pond and a planned onsite elementary school. Trendmaker Homes anticipates initial move-ins to its 50-home first phase in Spring 2020.
