Taylor Morrison Homes Corp. (NYSE:TMHC) on Tuesday announced the model grand opening of its new 55+ community, Venture at The Collective, within the master-planned community of The Collective in Manteca, California.
The model grand opening event will take place on Saturday, Sept. 28, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with model home tours, a catered lunch, and grand opening festivities. Venture at The Collective is located at 1106 Crescent Avenue, Manteca, 95336.
“Designed for adventurous spirits, Venture at The Collective offers a fresh brand of age-qualified homes in the Bay Area,” said Joyce Lee, vice president of sales and marketing of the Taylor Morrison’s Bay Area division. “Taylor Morrison has designed a neighborhood that reflects the needs and desires of California’s 55+ home buyer. Our grand opening will give home buyers a taste of what Venture at The Collective has in store for residents.”
Set within the gated master-plan of The Collective, Taylor Morrison’s Venture community will offer six open-concept single-story floor plans from approximately 1,513 to 2,144 square feet featuring two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a multi-functional den, flex rooms, and covered outdoor living spaces (per plan). Venture will offer something for everyone, in a location with easy access to San Francisco, San Jose, Napa Valley, and Tri-Valley. Homes start in the mid-$400,000s.
