RESICAP, a company that serves institutional owners of single-family residential assets in the United States on acquisition and valuation, construction, maintenance, property preservation, leasing, property management, and dispositions, completed a full-house build over the weekend. The house, built in the Hunter Hills neighborhood west of downtown Atlanta, was the first house fully sponsored by RESICAP.

Co-founder and co-CEO Lance Popp led the dedication ceremony on the final day for RESICAP. "It's easy for our company to write a check in support of Habitat," he said, "But having our whole team get involved in this project and the community is what really matters."

More than 100 employees from RESICAP signed up to volunteer for the full-house build. "Single-family construction is our strength, so aligning our volunteers and charitable contributions with Habitat was clear," said Andy Capps, co-founder and co-CEO, "but what many people don't realize is that RESICAP is also a family company, so to give Ms. Johnson and her family the single-family home of their dreams was an easy decision."
