Baldwin & Sons announced today new home releases at five of its communities in Chula Vista, California, all located within, or adjacent to, the region’s best-selling Otay Ranch by Baldwin & Sons.

The new home releases include Signature (released Sep 14), the Bella Sitia and Parc Place communities, which will be released September 21st, and the Alay and Suwerte communities, which will be released next month.

Three floor plans span 1,116 to 1,587 square feet and offer two to three bedrooms, two to two-and-a-half baths and one- to two-car garages. Pricing starts in the high $300,000’s.
The final set of new homes will be offered at Suwerte. Built by Heritage Building & Development, the three- to four-story stylish townhomes offer eight open, spacious floor plan options ranging in size from 1,192 to 2,439 square feet. The homes offer two to four bedrooms and two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half baths.Suwerte is also located within Otay Ranch Town Center. Pricing at Suwerte starts in the mid-$300,000’s.
