Kolter Homes, a developer of next-generation, highly-amenitized, master-planned active adult communities in the southeastern U.S., is adding a new phase at Cresswind Peachtree City in Atlanta.
Located on a ridge just north of the clubhouse and model park, Phase Four features a selection of quiet home sites, many of which are wooded and back up to natural woodlands. A plus for this phase is that most of the home sites are flat, making them perfect for the home plans in the Aberdeen series.
The Aberdeen series -- the Ashford, Beechwood, Cypress and Dogwood -- range from 1,488 to 1,788 square feet and include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a great room, two-car garage and optional golf cart garage.
Phase Four is being released in stages with 136 home sites in the phase now available to home buyers. And, with 61 homes already sold, this phase is moving quickly. When complete, Phase Four will include a total of 181 homesites, as there are 45 left to release.
Lindsay Murphy, Cresswind Peachtree City’s community sales manager, said, “This phase has been very well received by our buyers. They are all super excited that they can put one of our Aberdeen plans on these home sites. We typically have a wait list of buyers who desire home sites that accommodate these plans.”
Named “Active Adult Community of the Year” by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association in 2018, Cresswind Peachtree City is located 25 minutes south of downtown Atlanta. The community offers a variety home plans starting at $290,990 with a wide range of personalization and design options.
Cresswind Peachtree City features a clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, variety of social spaces, full-time activities director, pickleball & tennis courts walking and hiking trails, and numerous other resort-style amenities. The age-restricted community connects with over 100 miles of golf cart paths, allowing easy access to shopping, dining, golf and healthcare facilities via golf carts.
