After entering the market in May, HistoryMaker Homes has announced the grand openings of its first communities in San Antonio, with Morgan Meadows in the northwest part of the city and Red Hawk Landing off Loop 410.
“This is a significant milestone for HistoryMaker Homes as we expand beyond D-FW and Houston and enter another major Texas housing market,” says Nelson Mitchell, CEO of HistoryMaker. “We’re excited to become part of the San Antonio community. With its access to downtown, great schools, and excellent suburban amenities, these developments in Northwest San Antonio are in one of the most sought-after locations in the city.”
In addition, HistoryMaker will open a third community in Cibolo, Texas, at Saddle Creek Ranch, just outside of San Antonio near Randolph Air Force Base, Fort Sam Houston, New Braunfels, and Natural Bridge Cavern.
At all three communities, the builder is offering a choice of nine floor plans on 40-foot lots. The homes will feature functional layouts, which will range from approximately 1,400 to 3,100 square feet, up to two stories, four bedrooms, larger backyards, and a third-car garage option.
To support its expansion in the area, HistoryMaker Homes recently appointed construction industry veterans and longtime San Antonio residents Manny Alarcon and Jason Elliott as San Antonio division president and director of construction, respectively.
“HistoryMaker Homes at Morgan Meadows and Red Hawk Landing will offer our customers the best combination of value and convenience for new construction in an established but still rapidly developing area of San Antonio, while Saddle Creek Ranch will provide home buyers with small-town charm combined with big-city amenities,” says Alarcon. “At all three communities, HistoryMaker home buyers will have the flexibility to choose options and features they value and build a home tailored to their lives.”
