Waterways, South Bryan County’s 2,300-acre, waterfront community in Richmond Hill, Georgia, announced Tuesday that the newest home builder to join the community is Pulte Homes.
The partnership begins with 68 home sites contracted by Pulte within Waterways’ latest Lakewood neighborhood, situated along the community’s freshwater lake, Grand Lagoon. With plans to offer up to nine home designs – including five single-story floor plans – Pulte’s homes will appeal to both growing families and empty nesters. Approximate square footage will range from 1,800 to 2,870 square feet, and homes will feature large, flexible floor plans, versatile living spaces and personalization options to suit every family’s lifestyle, with prices starting from the high-$200s.
Complementing the new homes are Lakewood’s amenities, including a waterfront pavilion and kayak launch, firepit, open park space and convenient pedestrian walkways.
