Fischer Homes will be opening a new single-family community in Delaware County, Ohio, located off Route 23 in Lewis Center. Grand Pointe at North Orange is a $17 million development by Grand Communities LLC, that will connect to the existing community of North Orange.

Consisting of only 35 home sites, the community will offer ten floor plans including five-level designs, ranches, and two-story homes with first-floor owner’s retreats.

“This community is in an ideal location and is a unique opportunity for those looking for low maintenance living in an award-winning school district,” said Jon Jasper, market president at Fischer Homes. “Grande Pointe at North Orange will feature many of our best-selling designs, allowing customers to build their dream home in a highly desirable area.”

Residents in the new development will be able to enjoy tree-lined streets and planned green space. 36-acre North Orange Park is adjacent to the community and features an aquatic center, playground, fishing ponds, and nature trails. It is also within walking distance of the new Orange Branch of the Delaware County District Library.

Grand Pointe at North Orange is located in the Olentangy Local School District and is in close proximity to several dining and shopping options, including Polaris Fashion Place. With easy access to I-71 and I-270, the community is near many employers in the Columbus area, including L Brands, The Ohio State University, and JP Morgan Chase.

Site-development work on the property will begin this summer with construction of new homes expected to start this fall.
