Fischer Homes will be holding preview parties the second week of April for two highly-anticipated communities in Canal Winchester and Pickerington, Ohio.
A Preview Party will be held on Monday, April 8 at 6 PM for Gardens of Villages at Westchester, an extension to the popular Villages at Westchester new home community within Westchester Golf Course. The event will be located at the Villages at Westchester model home by Fischer Homes located at 6193 Dietz Drive, Canal Winchester, OH 43110.
Fischer Homes is selling its low-maintenance Patio Homes in the $15+ million development on a total of 46 home sites with prices starting from the $250’000s. The first phase will include 20 home sites. Homeowners will have yard work and snow removal taken care of for them. Gardens of Villages at Westchester is located off Lithopolis Road, 20 minutes southeast of downtown Columbus.

Fischer Homes will also be holding a Preview Party for Chesapeake, a new home community in Pickerington, Ohio just off Milnor Road. The event will be held on Tuesday, April 9 at 6 PM at the Wellington Park model home located at 720 Bretforton Street NW, Pickerington, OH 43147. Fischer Homes is offering the Masterpiece Collection with homes starting from the $380’s+. The $33+ million community will feature 61 total home sites with 23 released in the first phase. Chesapeake is in the Pickerington School District, with students attending Pickerington High School North.
