PulteGroup's Del Webb on Thursday announced plans for Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas, the builder’s first new community in the market in over ten years. Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas is set to break ground in November.
“Las Vegas is recognized among the top real estate markets in the country and is highly sought after by active adult home buyers for its low cost of living, including no state income tax, moderate year-round climate and access to world-class amenities,” said Ryan Breen, president of PulteGroup’s Las Vegas division. “We are excited to bring the renowned Del Webb lifestyle to the area.”
Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas will contain 461 single-family homes, featuring a variety of ranch-style floor plans, ranging from 1,500 to 2,800 square feet. The 125-acre gated community boasts resort-style amenities and features an exclusive 10,000 square foot club house with state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor pools, pickleball, bocce ball courts and more.
“Our newest Del Webb community will allow residents to enjoy the best Las Vegas has to offer,” said Breen. “Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas will offer residents a vibrant lifestyle with resort-style amenities in their backyard, but just a 30-minute drive to the world-class entertainment that makes Las Vegas a global destination,” said Breen.
The community’s model home park will include eight consumer inspired home designs featuring a transitional Mediterranean architecture style. The floor plans offer the latest features and technology important to the 55+ buyer, with an emphasis on livability and comfort.
Nestled adjacent to the 320-acre Lake Las Vegas, Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas joins a growing line-up of new neighborhoods as part of the Lake Las Vegas master-planned community. This intimate and peaceful desert lake setting provides abundant recreation, including a retail village, two resort hotels, the Lake Las Vegas Sport Club, and access to the owners’ marina and water sport equipment.
Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas will host its grand opening in January 2020.
