Century Communities, Inc. will host the grand opening of its new community, Talavera Highlands, in Bothell, Washington, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, September 7 and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday, September 8.

The community includes 20 new urban and contemporary single-family homes starting in the low $800's. Talavera Highlands is near 228th Street SE and 45th Ave. SE in Bothell.

Talavera Highlands' collection of luxury modern homes offers five floor plans ranging in size from 2,566 to 3,140 square feet. The homes offer choices of 3-5 bedrooms, 2.5-2.75 baths and 2-bay garages. All plans include a loft or bonus room which homeowners can customize to fit their unique lifestyles; plus main floor guest rooms and mudrooms are available on select plans.

Grand opening festivities will be held on Saturday, Sept. 7 and include tours of two decorated model homes. The community is located at 4660 River Highlands Loop in Elizabeth.

Spring Valley Ranch offers home buyers choices of ranch or two-story single-family homes ranging in size from 1,610 to 2,767 square feet. Depending on the floor plan, the homes on large lots offer open and welcoming layouts with spacious owner's suites, expansive great rooms, dining nooks, walk-in pantries, ample storage and more.
