Century Communities, Inc. will host the grand opening of its new community, Talavera Highlands, in Bothell, Washington, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, September 7 and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday, September 8.
The community includes 20 new urban and contemporary single-family homes starting in the low $800's. Talavera Highlands is near 228th Street SE and 45th Ave. SE in Bothell.
Talavera Highlands' collection of luxury modern homes offers five floor plans ranging in size from 2,566 to 3,140 square feet.
