LGI Homes announced the grand opening of Vistas at Huning Ranch, a new-home community in the Albuquerque market in New Mexico. The community is located 25 miles south of Albuquerque in Los Lunas, providing prospective buyers a “family-friendly atmosphere” with quick access to the downtown area for a variety of entertainment options, according to LGI. Los Lunas features numerous community parks and quality schools, LGI says.
Vistas at Huning Ranch features master plan amenities, including a 12-acre community park with basketball courts, a children’s playground, a large open green space, tennis courts, a dog park, and a gazebo. LGI says the community also includes a “highly rated on-site elementary school.”
LGI Homes, ranked 10th on the 2022 BUILDER 100, is offering a lineup of three-, four-, and five-bedroom homes ranging from 1,268 square feet to 2,333 square feet in the community. Each home features a two-car garage and the LGI Homes CompleteHome package, which includes a multitude of upgrades like granite countertops, a full suite of stainless Whirlpool kitchen appliances, Energy Star lighting, luxury vinyl flooring, and espresso cabinets with crown molding. Additionally, each home features professional front yard landscaping, designer coach lights, and hand-selected color schemes, according to LGI.
