The Villages of Irvine master-planned community in the City of Irvine, California has secured its place as the top-selling master-planned community in the Western United States for the sixth year running. The community sold 1,814 new homes in 2017, according to the latest Robert Charles Lesser and Company (RCLCO) annual report.
The Villages of Irvine is also the top-selling master planned community in Orange County, and outranked all other new home communities in Southern California.

The Villages of Irvine’s active neighborhoods include Orchard Hills, Cypress Village, Eastwood Village, Portola Springs, Stonegate and Travata 55+. The community includes 57,000 acres of preserved open space, and boasts the best park system in Southern California and the best public schools in the state. It has also been ranked the safest city in America for the past 12 years, according to FBI data.
