After acquiring 38 acres in McKinney, Texas, AHV Communities has announced a new 157 single-family detached rental community will be built. A leader in build-to-rent single-family and attached home rental communities, AHV expects to break ground and begin land development in early 2023, with vertical construction beginning in early 2024.

A quick 20 minutes to Plano’s Legacy business park, the new neighborhood will have easy access to a wealth of employment hubs, including Bank of America, Boeing Global Services, Capital One Finance, JPMorgan Chase, Liberty Mutual Insurance, PepsiCo, Toyota Motor North America, and USAA.
