Called the Salesbox, the office is a turn-key sales center that is built and customized to match any builder’s brand. Individual units are constructed in a reinforced twenty-foot by eight-foot shipping container, providing builders with a striking and effective sales environment to greet and showcase their products to home buyers.

Salesbox offers builders the advantage of a truly relocatable and reusable sales office, delivered fully accessorized and plug-in ready, to any builder’s development site. The Salesbox can be set up in a matter of hours, rather than months, saving builders time, on-site space and environmental waste. A Salesbox is fast and easy to remove once a project is sold out.
Standard features include: wall and ceiling insulation, ceiling lighting, two dual-pane sliding glass windows, 125-AMP electrical power panel, Gemini P816 Wireless Alarm System, Tropic 12,000 BTU heating and cooling system, exterior lighting with motion sensor, designer custom flooring, and custom cabinetry. Additional included interior features are sales desk, seating (sales chair, guest chairs and bench), built-in file cabinets, site map table, and more. Options are available per plan that include – large roof top community lettering, custom awning, and a touch screen digital kiosk.
