The Frisco, Texas City Council has approved a proposed residential development by Robert Elliott Custom Homes, Dallas, in partnership with Western Securities. The Corvalla is a planned three-story residential condominium development located in the Stonebriar neighborhood of Frisco and is scheduled to break ground within the next few months.

Designed by Stocker Hoesterey Montenegro, in collaboration with Robert Elliott, phase one of The Corvalla includes 69 single-story flats — ranging in size from approximately 1,700 square feet to 3,000 square feet — with pricing from the high $600,000s. Crafted with architectural details, high-end finishes and unmatched amenities, most homes feature two bedrooms, a large study, expansive master suite, walk-in closets and large, light-filled rooms. Open kitchens are designed for entertaining and will feature premium brands such as Wolf and Sub-Zero.

Characterized by resort-inspired living, The Corvalla includes transitional exterior architecture, tranquil courtyards with fountains, manicured green spaces, a well-designed club house with lounging pool, and outdoor living areas with fire pits, bocce ball courts and more. The Corvalla residents will also have access to an on-site concierge. In addition, the development is within walking distance to the prestigious Stonebriar Country Club and is a short drive to the popular urban lifestyle destinations of The Shops at Legacy and Stonebriar Centre.
