The Jacksonville Division of Richmond American Homes of Florida, LP, a subsidiary of M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MDC), reported late Friday that it intends to open two new communities in Jacksonville “soon” and that it has named a new division president.
Tucked between the St. Johns River and miles of beautiful coastline, Richmond American’s two newest communities, Arbor Mill and Lakes at Mill Creek, will soon open for sales in St. Augustine.
The builder’s popular Seasons™ Collection, which is currently available in Jacksonville near St. Johns and Green Cove Springs, is coming to more area neighborhoods. This series of floor plans was created to meet the high demand for more affordable homes. This collection offers features such as 9-foot ceilings and hundreds of ways to personalize.
At the forefront of these changes is Michael Carlo, the new division president for the Jacksonville region of Richmond American Homes. Michael brings more than 20 years of experience in the industry to his role.
“I am excited to grow our presence in the region, add communities and reenergize the team to build great homes and provide a terrific home buying experience for customers,” said Carlo.
