Century Communities has acquired Landmark Homes of Tennessee in a move the company says will boost its position in the Nashville-area housing market.

“Landmark Homes has worked hard to build a respected brand in the Nashville area for decades, and we are proud to welcome them to the Century Communities team,” chairman and co-CEO Dale Francescon said in a company statement.

Century, No. 9 on the 2023 Builder 100 list, said Landmark Homes has 800 lots and sells in six communities. Terms were not disclosed.

“I’m proud of the outstanding work by the Landmark Homes team in building and delivering high-quality new homes for over 30 years,” said Gary Wisniewski, president and CEO of Landmark Homes. “With their shared passion for great home building, commitment to excellence, and industry-leading home buying experience, Century Communities is the perfect organization to expand on our mission of making homeownership more achievable to buyers in the greater Nashville area.”

Wisniewski, along with Landmark Homes chief operating officer Nick Wisniewski, will continue to source and develop lots for Century Communities after the deal closes. Builder Advisor Group served as exclusive financial adviser for Landmark Homes.
