Wan Bridge

Texas-based builder and operator of build-to-rent (BTR) communities Wan Bridge introduced the company’s newest community, Pradera Oaks, in Rosharon, Texas. Located just south of Houston in the village of Bonney on the Pradera Meadows Loop, Pradera Oaks is an 800-home, upscale rental community with three- and four-bedroom, two-story detached single-family homes for lease, ranging between 1,700 and 1,800 square feet.

“With the continued, historic surge of people relocating to Texas and housing inventory remaining low, there is a desperate need for residential options aside from traditional homeownership,” says Ting Qiao, CEO of Wan Bridge. “Pradera Oaks boasts all of the trademark benefits of our community amenities and more, providing residents five-star property management service, and we look forward to welcoming residents to our newest community, an affordable luxury single-family offering in the suburbs of Houston.”

Pradera Oaks features lush landscaping and tree-lined streets and spacious lots for homes, each including a two-car garage. The community also features a lake, a jogging trail, a dog park, a playground, and a splash pad. Pradera Oaks will feature an on-site property management team responsible for all lawn care and maintenance requests.

Wan Bridge recently announced an expansion of its pipeline of more than 1,000 additional BTR units throughout the state of Texas in partnership with developer Land Tejas and hosted a grand opening at its first Texas community in Denton, Texas. The company plans to break ground on 20 to 30 new BTR communities in the Houston, Dallas, and Austin suburbs within the next 12 months and build 30,000 homes primarily in the suburbs of Texas’ major metro areas over the next five years.
