Wan Bridge

Wan Bridge, a Texas-based builder and operator of build-to-rent communities, hosted a grand opening celebration for the company’s first community in Denton, Texas: The Residences at Rayzor Ranch. The community features three- and four-bedroom, two-story upscale townhomes for lease ranging between 1,600 and 1,800 square feet.

“The Residences reflects our unique ability to deliver quality experiences, and our trademark hassle-free lifestyle, that complement each community we join,” says Ting Qiao, CEO of Wan Bridge. “Denton’s vibrant music scene, respected educational institutions, and ability to attract residents initially drew us to the area, but the people in North Texas and partnerships solidified our decision.”

The Residences feature brick and stucco exteriors and modern amenities, including high ceilings, oversized kitchen islands, walk-in closets, and pantries. Townhomes in the community feature spacious floor plans and open-concept designs for flexible living and a broad range of lifestyles, according to Wan Bridge. The Denton area is home to two universities and a variety of entertainment and shopping options.

Wan Bridge recently announced an expansion of its pipeline of more than 1,000 additional BTR units throughout the state of Texas in partnership with developer Land Tejas. The company plans to break ground on 20 to 30 new BTR communities in the Houston, Dallas, and Austin suburbs within the next 12 months and build 30,000 homes primarily in the suburbs of Texas’ major metro areas over the next five years.
