Park Square Homes—No. 82 on the 2022 Builder 100—is expanding its footprint with the addition of three new-home communities in St. Cloud, Florida. Brixton, Preston Cove, and Towns at Wiregrass will add 584 new homesites to the Central Florida city.

Brixton, a new townhome community with 76 homesites, will feature a range of floor plans offering three to four bedrooms and two to three baths. A dog run, playground, and open spaces for gathering and recreation round out the homeowner amenities. Sales in the community are expected to begin in the fourth quarter.
In Preston Cove, located minutes from Lake Nona, Park Square Homes will be building on 411 new homesites with easy access to highways and Orlando International Airport. A variety of open floor plans will be available in both single-family and townhomes. Preston Cove is a multiphased community with many planned amenities for residents to enjoy. Closing is expected in the third quarter, with sales to begin in the fourth quarter.
Towns at Wiregrass is centrally located just 1.5 miles off Narcoossee Road, 5 miles south of Lake Nona. The location will feature 97 homesites in the area’s top school district with easy access to shopping, dining, and major highways. The neighborhood will include several three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath floor plans. Community amenities will include a recreation area with an open field and playground. Sales are slated to begin in the first quarter of 2023.
