Taylor Morrison has announced the debut of its new townhome community, Silverado, in McKinney, Texas.
Silverado will offer 86 two-story townhomes with seven common areas. Offering the largest townhomes in the area, the floor plans at Silverado range in size from approximately 2,130 to 2,210 square feet. Prices start in the low $300,000s.
Townhomes by Taylor Morrison at Silverado will include up to three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two-car garages, open-concept floor plans, chef-inspired kitchens, large owner’s suites, many with en-suite sitting areas, expansive owner’s bathrooms, large walk-in closets, and floor plans that include a second-story game room or loft space.
