Pulte Homes has opened for sales at its newest community on the Treasure Coast, Magnolia Court., in Vero Beach, Florida.

The home builder is offering three single-family designs on 93 lots starting at $249,990.

Magnolia Court sits at 5185 Kipper Way, near the intersection of 53rd Street and 51st Court. It’s just 10 minutes north of the Indian River Medical Center and the Indian River Mall. The location provides easy access to state Road 60, leading to I-95, downtown Vero Beach and the beaches.

Buyers can choose homes ranging from 1,674 to 2,162 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms, two baths and two-car garages. The consumer-inspired designs have large open spaces and outdoor living areas well-suited to entertaining friends and relatives.
