Rotelle Development Company, South Coventry, Pennsylvania, and its division Rotelle Studio(e) on Wednesday announced the upcoming development of two new communities in Berks and Chester Counties.
By late November, Rotelle will break ground on its two new single-family home communities: Clover Hill and Whiteland Meadows. At Clover Hill, pre-registration is now open. This new 10-lot community in Barto, Pa., in Berks County’s award-winning Boyertown School District, will feature custom homes nestled amidst bucolic woodlands with stunning mountain and creek views. Custom home lots will range in size from one to two-plus acres at a starting price in the mid-$400,000s.

At the new Whiteland Meadows community, an open cul de sac just off Route 100, and only four miles from downtown West Chester, home buyers will be able to choose from seven new custom home half-acre lots on Kirkland Avenue, in the West Chester Area School District. Prices will start in the high $400,000 range.
Custom homes starting at the $300,000 range are available at one of the remaining three lots at Rotelle’s The Reserve at Bally Springs in Boyertown, Pa. Two half-acre and one two-acre lots, along with the community’s model home, are available in a ranch- or Cape Cod-style home, as well as a two-story colonial design with three to four bedrooms, and first floor master and in-law suites.
“When these affordable, truly customizable houses are gone, they’ll be gone forever,” said Cyndi Yaeckel, Rotelle sales associate and Bally Springs’ site agent. “Buyers will significantly benefit from the quality and affordability of a Rotelle custom home at Bally Springs, combined with the current steady interest rate of 3.75% that they will not likely see again.”
