M/I Homes will open its newest community, Rivo Lakes in Sarastoa, on Saturday, September 22, 2018.
The Grand Opening will take place from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. Italian food, desserts, and beverages will be provided; and entertainment, raffle drawings and giveaways will take place throughout the day.
Rivo Lakes is located on Rivo Lakes Boulevard in Sarasota, just 15 minutes from top-rated Siesta Key Beach, Myakka State Park, and St. Armand’s Circle. It’s also within walking distance of Twin Lakes Park and is located in the Sarasota County School District.
The 107 Showcase Series homes in Rivo Lakes will sit on 60-ft-wide lots clustered around a central lake and connected by walking paths and open-space community areas. Behind the Tuscan-inspired facades, homes range from 2,291 sq ft to 5,021 sq ft and start in the mid $400s. All homes feature two- or three-car garages and outdoor living spaces, as well as a number of included appointments and available options from which homeowners can choose.
