LGI Homes, Inc. (Nasdaq:LGIH) late Friday announced the opening of its second and third communities in the greater Oklahoma City area.
They include Wyndemere, located in Newcastle, and Savannah Lakes, located in Mustang.
At Wyndemere, LGI Homes’ newly opened second community in the Oklahoma City market, the company plans to construct approximately 450 homes with unique floor plans, starting from the $190s. Ranging from 1,400 to 2,700 square feet, these one- and two-story homes feature spacious interiors with designer upgrades including a full suite of upgraded kitchen appliances, granite countertops and designer plank flooring. The brick exteriors include covered front porches and extended back patios, and each home includes front yard landscaping and a fenced backyard.

LGI Homes will unveil its third community in the market, Savannah Lakes, with a Grand Opening event on Saturday, April 13, 2019.
