Landsea Homes, the 2022 BUILDER of the Year, opened its Hudson community in Placentia, California. Hudson consists of 139 townhomes ranging from 775 to 1,368 square feet.

The three-story townhomes in the gated community of Hudson feature options for one to three bedrooms and one-and-a-half to two-and-a-half bathrooms. Pricing for the townhomes begin at $496,000. The community’s Dutch woonerf design concept embraces the idea of a “living street” that acts as a social space between the buildings, with room for pedestrians and cyclists, according to Landsea.
Community amenities include a tot lot, outdoor common areas with fire pits and barbecues, bocce ball courts, and a dog park. Placentia is minutes from downtown Yorba Linda and is in close proximity to the Anaheim Packing District, Angels Stadium, Honda Center, Disneyland, and downtown Fullerton.
All homes at Hudson include Landsea Homes’ High Performance features, including smart home automation technology such as wireless network Internet, entry door locks, thermostat control, garage door opener control, light dimmer switches, doorbell camera pre-wire, and white globe service with an individualized training session.
