KB Home (NYSE: KBH) plans to open four new residential communities: The Courts and The Towns at El Paseo in North Fontana, Boulder Ridge in Moreno Valley and Talavera in Menifee, adding to the five new-home communities the builder has already opened this year in the Inland Empire.
