KB Home opened three new communities in the Las Vegas metro: two communities at Talus at Kyle Canyon, a gated master plan in northwest Las Vegas, and a community within the Summerlin master plan. According to the builder, the Landings and Reserves at Talus at Kyle Canyon communities are located just off Interstate 95, providing access to the Las Vegas Strip and the area’s major employers. Nighthawk at Summerlin is located off Interstate 215, near downtown Summerlin and Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa and within walking distance of Summerlin’s planned 95-acre Grand Park and mixed-use urban core Repoint Square.

The two-story homes at Landings at Talus at Kyle Canyon, priced from the $360,000s, feature spacious kitchens overlooking large great rooms and bedroom suites with walk-in closets. The community’s floor plans offer up to five bedrooms and four baths, and range in size from approximately 1,500 to 2,400 square feet.

The Reserves at Talus at Kyle Canyon features a selection of one- and two-story homes. The floor plans offer up to five bedrooms and five baths, ranging in size from 1,500 to 3,000 square feet. Homes are priced starting in the $410,000s.

The homes at Nighthawk at Summerlin feature floor plans with up to five bedrooms and four baths. Homes, starting in the low $500,000s, range in size from 1,700 to 2,400 square feet. Summerlin offers resort-style amenities to residents, including swimming pools, sport fields and courts, and community centers.

Homes in each community are designed to be Energy Star certified and deliver an enhanced indoor environment. Homes include high-performance ventilation systems, low- or zero-VOC products, and other features guided by the Environmental Protection Agency’s Indoor airPLUS standards.
