These energy- and water-saving features are estimated to save buyers between $1,872 and $1,944 a year in utility costs, depending on the floor plan. Additionally, buyers will have the opportunity to increase the number of solar panels on their new home to potentially further reduce their utility bills.

KB Home will also be offering the KB Smart Home System as a standard feature at Genoa at Orchard Hills. The KB Smart Home System, which leverages the power of Google Assistant™, allows KB homeowners to control the functionality of their smart-home features, automate routines to their individual preferences and live more comfortably and efficiently in their new homes.
